 Method

1. Muddle* the mint and sugar in a glass.
2. Squeeze one lime into the mint and sugar.
3. Add the Carnival and club soda.
4. Pour over crushed ice and add one slice of lime with peel, and one 4" piece of sugar cane.

*Muddle: To mash or crush ingredients with a spoon or a muddler (a rod with a flattened end).
