Ingredients   Amount
• Heirloom Tomatoes

• Shallots (peeled, minced)

• Garlic Clove (micro plained)

• Sesame Seed Oil

• Olive Oil

• Balsamic Vinegar

• Salt & Pepper

 Method

  1. Place the tomatoes in a food mill with the shallots and pass through.
  2. Add all other ingredients and season to taste.
  3. Chill over night and adjust seasoning before serving.
