Holly: Receiving the Employee of the Quarter award means so much to me—it’s a great reminder that my hard work and dedication are making a difference. It motivates me to keep giving my best and supporting my team every day!
Q: What do you enjoy most about the PEJU culture?
Holly: What I love most about the PEJU culture is the strong sense of teamwork—everyone genuinely supports each other, and we work together to bring out the best in one another. It’s inspiring to be part of a team where we can share ideas, spark creativity, and collaborate to make amazing things happen!
Q: If you could swap roles with anyone in PEJU for a day, who would it be and why?
Holly: One of the winemakers … I would love to learn more about that facet of the business.
