The evening begins with a garden reception featuring a library vertical of our Reserve HB Cabernet Sauvignon and small bites. Next, you’ll join us in the famed HB Vineyard where Chefs Nic and David are firing up the grill, presenting an array of delicious meats served family-style alongside seasonal delicacies from the PEJU garden, perfectly paired with our finest wines.
