1 wheel Triple Cream French Brie, about 1 ½ pounds
½ cup dried Turkish apricots, chopped
½ cup peeled pistachios, chopped
1 cup fresh green grapes, chopped
Assorted crackers for garnish
Preheat the oven to 255°F.
Carefully shave off the top rind of the brie, removing only the white skin to expose creamy interior.
Evenly sprinkle chopped apricots, pistachios, and grapes over top of the brie.
Place brie on an oven-safe serving platter.
Warm in the oven for 8–10 minutes, or until it is soft and slightly melted but still holds its shape.
Remove from oven and arrange assorted crackers around brie. Serve immediately while warm and creamy.
